How to Overcome Worry and Anxiety

Sharing is caring!

Is worry or anxiety weighing you down?

I ask because I’ve been noticing that there are so many women who are suffering from anxiety and fear these days and it’s just not right!

We don’t have to allow outside circumstances — the economy, politics, or other people’s behavior to control our sense of peace and well-being.

It’s a matter of having confidence in our ability to overcome the conditions or situations in our lives.

Anxiety is an extreme form of worry and both anxiety and worry are responses to fear-based thinking. Fear-based thinking is the result of lack of confidence.

So how do we increase our confidence?

1. By having faith in a Higher Power – Explained in detail here: Hearing “That Still Small Voice”

2. Managing Fearful thoughts – Explained in detail here: Managing Fear

3. Being willing to try things that might fail and using the results as feedback – Explained in detail here: Managing Failure

As you practice hearing “that Still Small Voice,” managing fear, and using failure as feedback, you will transform your current life AND build your confidence in your ability to overcome EVERYTHING that comes your way in the future.

It’s such a great feeling to have that kind of confidence!

Imagine how the world would look if EVERYONE had that level of confidence, freedom from fear and worry and ability to realize their dreams. That vision is what fuels my passion for my work as a DreamBuilder Coach.
