We’ve covered the foundational principles of believing that you deserve to have what you desire and that you are empowered by a Higher Power and/or The Law of Attraction — however you prefer to think about it. 

You can live Happy, Rich and Free when

  • you truly desire it and
  • you are willing to focus on a clear vision,
  • maintain a sense of abundance,
  • manage fear and doubt and
  • risk making mistakes — you see failure as feedback and
  • keep taking baby steps. 

As you use these practices consistently and work with the laws of the Universe, you become a master. Like a master gardener, you can create a magnificent garden that will bloom with all the things you love. 

You have prepared the soil of your mind with the foundational principles of the DreamBuilder® Program. You have planted the seeds of your vision with faith in your Higher Power and a sense of deserving. You have watered your garden from the flow of abundance that’s been fully activated by your giving. You have pulled out the weeds of fear and resentment. You have treated failures as feedback, and now you reap the harvest.

And that brings us to the last 4 Mindsets.

If this is where you score, kudos to you for the work you have done so far and I hope, that you will look into getting support so you don’t have to keep struggling and wasting precious time. 

The four domains of your life:

  • Vibrant Health
  • Loving Relationships
  • Meaningful work
  • Time and Money Freedom

Vibrant Health is the first of the four domains of life because everything else in life depends on your state of health.  Doesn’t it?  

Your body is a precious gift that you’ve been given so that you can physically move in the world and interact with it.  Your five senses enable you to appreciate all the beauty of nature and to communicate with others.

Your body is affected not only by how you use it and how you nourish it, but also how you think. Your body is a very sophisticated and complex system and it is constantly reacting to the internal as well as the external environment.

Your thoughts affect your hormones.  Positive thinking releases hormones that make you feel good and negative thoughts release stress hormones that make you feel bad.  

The body is well-equipped to balance your hormones. It will function optimally when given proper care and it will let you know when it is not getting what it requires.  You just need to be conscious of it’s signals and give it what it needs.  

The way the DreamBuilder principles and practices apply to your health and vitality is that first, you believe that you deserve to have great health and vitality.  It’s your birthright. Your life and your body for enjoying it, are precious gifts. 

You maintain a consciousness of this through your focus on gratitude and your vision of what health and vitality looks like for you.  

And your successful management of fear, doubt, and failure and your practice of forgiveness, prevents stress and supports your body in doing it’s magnificent work.  

Are you experiencing the effects of not having made your health a priority? Or perhaps you have tried but haven’t been successful?  

Do you have chronic conditions?  Are you someone who has been dealing with overweight or poor eating habits for many years? 

Are you concerned about your longevity?  Are you longing to be energetic enough to play with your grandchildren or work on passion projects? 

You can achieve health and vitality.

Are you ready to put yourself first now and make this a priority? 

Are you wondering what changes to make or do you know what you need to do and just need to do it?  I think most of us know what to do.  It’s usually a matter of our thinking getting in the way and that’s why coaching and like-minded friends make all the difference.

I’ve learned how to successfully manage my weight and health after more than 40 years of research and trial and error.  I’m familiar with All the diets and exercise programs and I must say, I’m amused at the number of new fads that show up all the time. It really doesn’t have to be that painful and complicated!

I was a fitness instructor at a gym and a Jazzercise instructor for many years and I can tell you that staying fit can be simple, easy and fun.  The key is to find something you enjoy — something that you look forward to doing.

I’m also certified to do healing prayer. 

  • And what’s the key to healing prayer?  Faith.
  • And what is faith?  A belief system. 
  • And what is a belief system?  A collection of thoughts you keep thinking. 

So what I know for sure is that the only thing that prevents us from having optimum health and vitality is our thinking.  

What is that mantra I love so much?

  • Your thinking affects your feelings,
  • your feelings affect your actions and
  • your actions affect your results.  

Perhaps you have tried numerous programs and treatments, but haven’t experienced lasting success. This situation is usually a result of some type of negative thinking. Often it’s a limited sense of deserving or lack of self love.  

And, negative thinking can cause emotional eating or over-drinking in an attempt to get temporary relief from the stress of self-criticism, resentment, or other fear-based thoughts. 

And then there’s that primitive part of the brain that sees change as life threatening and may try to convince you that you don’t have time, or that it’s too difficult. 

As you learn the DreamBuilder principles and use the practices described in mindsets one through six, you will see improvements. The key is to keep practicing and moving forward

Stage 1:

If you score in Stage One of the Vibrant Health Mindset, you’re not as healthy and energetic as you’d like to be and you’re ready to do something about it.

Stage 2:

If you score in Stage Two, you know you could be healthier and more energetic and you’ve tried numerous programs and treatments but you haven’t experienced lasting success.

Stage 3:

If you score in Stage Three, you understand the effect your thinking has on the state of your health and well-being. You have a clear written vision for your perfect health. You’re taking action and experiencing some improvements but it’s a struggle sometimes.

Stage 4:

The key is focus and consistency.  Education is not sufficient.  It’s all about the practice.  And most people need the encouragement and accountability provided by a coach and a supportive group of like-minded people.
